About Clay + Vine
Seamless, timeless, and intimate events is what Clay + Vine strives to produce; but above all, we value serving our clients and their guests. So where did Clay + Vine Events begin? It began with two people getting married and wanting to create an experience for others to be served, loved and valued the way that Jesus serves, loves and values.

Now that you know a little bit about C+V, here is a little bit about the humans behind it all.
We are Steve and Karen Delware - the brains behind Clay and Vine Events.
In 2017, we took the bold step of planning our own wedding. In 2019, Karen felt a tug at her heart strings and knew that her corporate job was no longer the right place. She craved the creative experience that accounting did not offer. She began teaching herself all of the intricacies of the wedding industry and worked with different vendors to better understand the moving parts of a wedding. She continued her growth and kept C+V as a mini side hustle. However, in 2021 she made the bold step of faith and launched the business full time. The business took off and a little over a year later, Steve joined the team to officially be able to serve C+V clients as a team.
As a husband wife team, we focus on developing a platform of trust, friendship, professionalism and joy every step of the way. We want to know you, your love story, your company, likes and dislikes! We want to know it all. Why? Because when we know you we create events that are reflective of you and there is nothing like it.
