Whether you want to be involved in every detail or sit back and watch the day come together, Clay + Vine offers multiple packages to fit your every need. From vendor selection to timeline creation, you can't go wrong with any of our packages. Clay + Vine currently offers three planning packages:​

Packages start at $2,800

Peony Package

Full Planning + Design

Full Planning is for the couple who are recently engaged and want help with their planning. From budget creation to coordinating every detail leading up to and through wedding day, we are there each step of the way!

Package Highlights:​

  • Initial consultation to discuss design, production and coordination of wedding 

  • Creation of budget and wedding expenditures

  • Creation and development of Inspiration Board

  • Creation and development of Design Layout

  • Assistance in finding and booking the perfect vendors

  • Unlimited email support and scheduled phone consultations

  • Multiple meetings spaced out through the planning process

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • Day of assistance with styling for detail shots (i.e. Shoes, jewelry, invitations, etc.)

  • All Wedding Day Management services

Rose Package

Partial Planning

Partial Planning is for the couple that has done their research and has an idea but will need a professional to bring it all together and make sure the day goes smoothly.

Package Highlights:

  • Initial consultation with wedding day timeline draft and floor layout creation

  • Overall budget discussion and access to budget guide

  • Multiple meetings spaced out through your planning process (up to 1 vendor meeting attendance of your choice)

  • Post meeting “To Do’s before I Do’s”

  • Vendor recommendations to suit style and budget

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

  • Review of vendor contracts 

  • Management and gathering of vendor balances

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • All Wedding Day Management services

Lily Package

Event Coordination

Event Coordination is for the couple that has done all of the legwork and needs someone to clean up some of the edges and coordinate the wedding day!

Package Highlights:

  • Initial planning meeting

  • Venue walkthrough meeting (2-3 hours)

  • Creation of wedding day timeline and venue layout options

  • Vendor management and communication

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • All Wedding Day Management Services

Wedding Day Management

These services are included in all Clay + Vine Event packages but are not sold separately. 

Package Highlights:

  • Two coordinators for up to 12 hours

  • Event day management and oversight

  • Placement of personal decor

  • Point of contact for vendors, wedding party, family, etc.

  • Event communication and cues

  • Assistance with wedding gifts and cards

  • Preparation of grand exit vehicle

  • Oversight and distribution of items for grand exit

  • Supervision and assistance with tear down and clean-up process

  • Bridal Emergency Kit

A la carte Services

Note: Special rates and discounts apply to weddings or events of 25 guests or less and Teachers or Public Duty Servants.
